Job Title: D365 F&O Functional Lead (Core Finance & SCM Hands-on)

Location : Noida, Hyderabad, Pune

Work from office : Hybrid

Experience : 8-12 years

We at Coforge hiring for 8-12 Years hands-on D365 F&O Functional Lead with strong experience in Core Finance & SCM, capable of handling end-to-end configurations, postings, and issue resolution directly in system, with minimal dependency and strong system-level control under individual contributor capacity.

Required Skills:

Core Functional Expertise

Strong hands-on in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse transaction flows.

Deep experience in Chart of Accounts, Financial Dimensions, Account Structures, Posting Profiles

Hands-on configuration of AP workflows (invoice approvals, vendor workflows, matching scenarios)

Strong understanding of subledger to ledger postings, settlement, and reconciliation flows

Experience in inventory costing, item model groups, costing methods (FIFO/Weighted Avg), and stock postings

Can debug issues using transactions, vouchers, and ledger impact

Configuration & Setup Ownership

Ability to configure and troubleshoot end-to-end setups directly in system

(Posting profiles, ledger setups, procurement parameters, inventory parameters)

Strong experience in financial period control, fiscal calendars, and closing processes

Hands-on in workflow configurations, batch jobs, and parameter-driven controls

Capability to handle data issues, posting errors, and reconciliation gaps without dependency

Hands-on in validating configurations across environments (UAT / Prod)

Experience in data validation, setup validation, and release readiness

Management Reporting & Data Understanding (Must)

Strong experience in Financial Reporting (Management Reporter / Financial Reports)

Ability to design reports based on dimensions, cost centers, business units, and legal entities

Clear understanding of dimension-based reporting, trial balance, and P&L structures
