Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Copilot capabilities. The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing highquality solutions in close collaboration with the Product Owner and Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
• Translate product backlog items and user stories into robust technical implementations
• Implement and optimize Copilot (AI-powered) features within Dynamics 365
• Develop custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and integrations
• Build and support solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerPages/PowerPortal)
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs and Azure services
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, refinements)
• Perform code reviews, testing, documentation, and production support
• Mentor junior developers and promote technical best practices

Required Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
• 10 + years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service development
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot or AI-driven features
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, security models, case management, SLAs, and queues
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure integrations

Nice to Have

• Experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI or AI services
• Experience in Agile productbased delivery teams
• Additional Microsoft certifications (Power Platform / Azure)
• Enterprise-scale implementation experience
