Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring D365 F&O modules, supporting ERP implementations, and delivering effective business solutions for clients across industries.

The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and be capable of bridging the gap between business requirements and system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and gather functional requirements.
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules based on business needs.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for customizations and integrations.
• Support end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle including testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend best-fit ERP solutions.
• Assist clients in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues.
• Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.

Functional Modules Expertise

Experience in one or more of the following modules is preferred:

• Finance
• Supply Chain Management
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Production Management
• Project Operations

Required Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide effective ERP solutions.
• Experience in documentation, process mapping, and business analysis.
• Good understanding of finance, operations, and supply chain workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Educational Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech in any relevant discipline
• MBA (Operations, Finance, Systems, or related specialization)
• MCA or equivalent qualification can also be considered

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Experience in ERP implementation or consulting projects
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, or Azure ecosystem
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Strong domain knowledge in Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, or Supply Chain industries
