• Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio)
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, environments)

Job Description

• Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Copilot services
• M365 Copilot
• Copilot Studio
• Power Platform AI / GenAI features
• Troubleshoot issues related to Copilot agents, flows, connectors etc
• Support 247 CCAS coverage models across APAC, EMEA, and NAM (as per rota).
• Ensure Copilot incidents are handled in line with SLA, severity, and mitigationfirst approach.
• Coordinate with Microsoft Product Groups (PG) for backend investigations when required.
