Role: Microsoft and Apple End Point Support
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Job Description:
- Expertise in supporting Microsoft environment
- SCCM System Center Configuration Manager (Microsoft Configuration Manager)
- OS deployment, patch management, security policies, asset tracking, compliance
- Intune Unified endpoint management
- Secure and manage user access to organizational assets across multiple devices
- Entra Identity and network access management
- Authorization management to Microsoft services, access conditions, permissions, compromise monitoring
- BeyondTrust (BOMGAR) Remote control solution
- Accessing, diagnose, and fix device issues across operating systems
- Some experience in supporting Apple devices
- JAMF Apple device management
- Mobile device management, security, onboarding, software and device deployment for Apple devices.
