Meta Ads Specialist

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with 23 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Meta campaigns for Fintech or BFSI clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong client servicing skills, good communication abilities, and a solid understanding of lead generation and performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Manage lead generation campaigns focused on performance and ROI.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders for campaign planning and reporting.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Handle budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and scaling campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and client presentations.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copies and creatives.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 23 years of experience in Meta Ads/Performance Marketing.
• Prior experience handling Fintech or BFSI clients is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
• Good communication and client management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Candidates who are aware of Andromedas business model and loan distribution ecosystem will be preferred.
• Experience in handling high-budget lead generation campaigns.
