Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Merchandiser to join our team at SHIVAM CARPETS in Varanasi. The Merchandiser will coordinate directly with clients to fulfill their requirements, manage customer inquiries, and oversee orders from conception to delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with vendors, assisting with marketing initiatives, and ensuring high-quality standards are met for all products. This is an on-site role, critical to facilitating seamless communication between the production team and clients, while ensuring timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
Customer Service abilities to manage client needs and maintain satisfaction
Experience in Sales and Marketing to promote products and expand market reach
Understanding of Retail and merchandising processes
Knowledge of the rug or textile export industry is an advantage
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data management tools
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
