Key Responsibilities

• : Execute the site merchandising calendar across multiple properties on FirstCry platforms, including new product launches, seasonal campaigns, cross-category placements, and site-wide event
• s.Maintain various site pages and optimize search results for better customer experienc
• e.Develop merchandising strategies for large site-wide properties and collaborate with buyers and marketing to schedule promotion
• s.Design and execute online customer experiences that enhance engagement and conversion
• s.Regularly develop, test, and analyze new merchandising tactics to increase conversion rates; document and share best practice
• s.Drive sales and margins through merchandising and content initiative
• s.Monitor daily performance: evaluate top/bottom selling Types and plan to improve on sales accordingl
• y.Analyze stock covers, discounts, stock gaps, and sales trends to make data-driven decision
• s.Collaborate with stakeholders to plan visual merchandising strategie
• s.Manage product setup process, navigation, onsite search, and cross-sell opportunitie
• s.Ensure accurate product launches on the website according to delivery dates and business need
• s.Work with the Design team to create product catalogs, digital banners, and special campaign creative
• s.Review and provide insights on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to business owner

• s: 12 years of experience in E-Commerce Merchandisi
• ng.Strong numerical and analytical aptitu
• de.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ability to learn web-based tools quick
• ly.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressu
