Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru (H.O. of Sri Sumeru Realty proximity to silk board metro) for an MEP Projects Head.

The MEP Projects Head will be responsible for overseeing the planning coordination and execution of Mechanical , Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Managing Project Timelines , Budgets & Resources, collabrating with the design & engineering teams.

• Ensuring Complaince with Quality & Safety standards.

• Leading & managing teams across specified fuctions to deliver projects of the highest standard.

• Project based Coordination & Collabration with External Industry experts, Consultants, Architects etc

• The Role will envisage hands on involvement in project execution & stake holder Collabration.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Proficiency in Project Management and Team Management to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Minimum of 15 years Experience in Construction Industry & related fields.
• Minimum 10 years Experience in MEP related Activities & Responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools & softwares
• Keen understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and building codes
• Ability to manage budgets, meet project deadlines, and work effectively onsite
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects preferred
• Knowledge of Sustainable building practices and green certifcations is an advange.
