MEP Project Engineer - Billing & Executions

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project & Billing Engineer with strong knowledge of project execution, billing, quantity verification, and coordination of MEP works. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems along with client billing, subcontractor billing, and project coordination activities.

• Handling complete MEP project execution activities at site
• Preparation and verification of RA Bills for MEP works
• Client billing and subcontractor billing coordination
• Quantity take-off and verification as per drawings & BOQ
• Monitoring project progress and site work execution
• Coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams
• Preparation of DPR, WPR, and project progress reports
• Verification of measurements and reconciliation of quantities
• Ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work
• Reviewing HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings
• Material planning, estimation, and site coordination
• Tracking project costs and maintaining billing records
• Preparing variation statements and extra item billing
• Coordination for inspections and project documentation

• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing systems
• Experience in MEP billing and project execution
• BOQ preparation and quantity estimation knowledge
• AutoCAD and MS Excel proficiency
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple site activities independently

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Salary Budget - Upto 55k /Month
