Hiring: MEP Planning Engineer Large Scale EPC Hospital Project
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Project: 2000 Crore Medical Hospital Project
Project Duration: 4+ Years (Long-term Opportunity)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MEP Planning Engineer who can independently manage planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination activities for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works in large-scale commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor MEP schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Prepare baseline, recovery, and catch-up schedules for MEP activities
Track progress, delays, milestones, and critical path activities
Coordinate with MEP Execution, Billing, QA/QC, Procurement, and Project teams
Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and progress reports
Conduct weekly & monthly planning review meetings
Support manpower, material, and resource forecasting for MEP works
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 412 Years in MEP Planning for EPC / Commercial Building Projects
Strong experience in Primavera P6 or MS Project
Experience in Hospital, Data Center, Institutional, or High-rise projects preferred
Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing execution activities
Education
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
