Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Preferred: M.E., PMP, BEE, Energy Auditor, IGBC AP, ASHRAE Certifications

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in MEP Project Management
• Minimum 58 years as Head of MEP in the construction industry
• Experience in Warehouses, Cold Storage Facilities, Logistics Parks, Manufacturing Plants, Commercial & Institutional Buildings
• Proven track record of handling multiple PAN India projects and leading teams of 10+ members
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of MEP projects across multiple locations in India.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Review designs, technical specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and contractor submissions.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, KPIs, risks, and resource allocation.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, maintenance strategies, SOPs, and AMC management for installed services.
• Drive energy efficiency, water management, wastewater treatment, and renewable energy initiatives.
• Verify contractor bills, manage vendor performance, and ensure contract compliance.
• Support statutory approvals and liaisoning activities.
• Lead and mentor the MEP team while ensuring adherence to HSE standards with zero tolerance for safety violations.

• Expertise in MEP systems for large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools.
