We are currently executing a prestigious New Urban Street Development Project in Ludhiana, focused on transforming the citys infrastructure through modern roads, drainage systems, utility integration, street lighting, and urban services.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior MEP Engineer at Shivdarshan (I) Constructions Pvt. Ltd., located in Ludhiana.

The Senior MEP Engineer will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and supervision of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works related to the urban street development project.

The candidate will manage day-to-day MEP activities, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives, ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications, resolve technical issues on-site, and ensure timely completion of MEP-related works.

• Oversee execution of all MEP works at site as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate electrical works including street lighting, utility ducting, cable routing, panels, and associated infrastructure
• Supervise plumbing and drainage-related systems, including storm water, sewer lines, and utility pipelines
• Coordinate with civil and infra teams for seamless integration of MEP services
• Monitor subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams for quality and progress
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Identify and resolve technical/site-level issues proactively
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management regularly
• Ensure timely procurement planning and material coordination for MEP items
• Attend client/consultant meetings and provide technical clarifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Related Discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in MEP execution
• Prior experience in roads, urban infrastructure, or utility development projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Street lighting systems
• Underground utility services
• Plumbing & drainage networks
• Electrical infrastructure works
• Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/MS Office is preferred
