Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP BIM Modeler located in Noida. We are looking for a detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler with strong expertise in HVAC systems and proven experience collaborating with USA and UK clients. The role involves developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and project requirements.

• Develop and manage BIM models for HVAC systems using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural and structural teams using Navisworks/BIM 360.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs for HVAC installations.
• Create and maintain HVAC families/templates to ensure consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with international clients (USA & UK) to meet project-specific BIM execution plans and standards.

• Software Proficiency: Revit MEP (mandatory), AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360.
• Technical Knowledge: HVAC system design, duct sizing, chilled water systems, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation, AHUs, FCUs, fire dampers.
• International Exposure: Hands-on experience delivering BIM models for USA and UK projects, with
• Experience: 36 years in BIM modeling, with at least 2 years in HVAC-focused international projects.
• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Coordination Skills: Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate effectively with overseas clients.
• Detail Orientation: Strong focus on accuracy in HVAC modeling and documentation.
