Job Descriptio

• nReview clinical documentation and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• .Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines
• .Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to clarify incomplete documentation
• .Analyze denied or rejected claims and support claim resubmission processes
• .Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy regulations
• .Perform coding audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy
• .Utilize EHR systems and coding software effectively
• .Stay updated with coding standards and reimbursement policies

Required Skil

• lsStrong knowledge of Human Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, and Medical Terminolog
• y.Good understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding system
• s.Experience with EHR systems and medical coding tool
• s.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
• s.Strong verbal and written communication skill
