Title: Retail Media Lead

Role

The Retail Media Lead is a founding builder role responsible for creating and scaling MostEdges retail media business from zero to revenue. This position focuses on transforming in-store screens into a performance-driven channel for CPG brands and distributors, with a core emphasis on product movement, measurable sales lift, and store-level impact.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategic oversight position. The individual will personally drive deals, launch campaigns, and establish demand, operating with full ownership of revenue generation and early-stage execution.


Responsibilities

  • Build and close direct relationships with CPG brands and distributors, converting trade spend into retail media investment
  • Launch and execute live campaigns across the MostEdge TV network, ensuring delivery and performance
  • Establish and manage integrations with leading SSPs (Vistar, Place Exchange, Hivestack, Magnite, Broadsign)
  • Balance demand between programmatic channels and direct high-value deals
  • Test and iterate monetization strategies, including CPM, sponsorship, and performance-based pricing models
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to enable campaign execution and measurement
  • Develop and refine the go-to-market and monetization playbook through real-world execution


Accountability

  • Full ownership of retail media revenue generation
  • Delivery of live campaigns and measurable performance outcomes
  • Conversion of pipeline into closed deals and activated campaigns
  • Establishment of early demand channels (direct + SSP)
  • Progression from commodity pricing to premium retail media economics


Scope

  • National coverage across MostEdges retail network
  • Engagement with leading CPG brands, emerging brands, and distributor ecosystems (ARA, PBA)
  • Ownership of end-to-end retail media lifecycle:
  • Sales
  • Campaign execution
  • Monetization
  • Demand generation
  • Foundational role in defining a new business line within MostEdge


Outcomes (First 90180 Days)

  • Close 35 pilot campaigns with CPG or distributor partners
  • Launch live campaigns across stores with measurable performance
  • Activate at least one SSP integration and generate programmatic demand
  • Build a $100K+ revenue pipeline and establish repeatable deal flow
  • Demonstrate early sales lift results (e.g., category or SKU-level impact)
  • Establish initial pricing benchmarks and monetization strategy


Experience & Skill Sets Required

Experience

  • Proven track record of:
  • Closing deals and generating revenue
  • Launching campaigns in retail media, DOOH, programmatic, or CPG environments
  • Experience working with:
  • CPG brands and/or distributor ecosystems
  • SSPs/DSPs and programmatic platforms
  • Exposure to retail media networks or trade marketing environments preferred


Skill Sets

  • Strong ability to sell, execute, and operate across functions (sales, product, operations)
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Retail media economics (CPM, performance pricing, trade spend)
  • Programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, demand flow)
  • Ability to:
  • Launch and manage campaigns end-to-end
  • Translate data into measurable business outcomes
  • Operate in early-stage, ambiguous environments
