Mechanical Design Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Design Engineer based in Howrah. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing product designs, performing machine design calculations, participating in design reviews, and ensuring functionality and efficiency in engineering solutions. The role also involves extensive use of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for technical drawings and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design to create innovative and optimized solutions
• Strong skills in Machine Design and Mechanical Engineering principles
• Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for drafting and modeling
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications effectively
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional experience working in manufacturing or a similar engineering environment preferred
• Knowledge of materials and industrial processes is an advantage
