MDM Developer

1. MDM Development Experience (Mandatory)
2. Experience with Reltio (Mandatory)
3. Life Sciencesdomain experience (Mandatory )

Strong understanding of MDM concepts:

1. Data Modeling
2. Match & Merge Rules
3. Survivorship Rules
4. Cleanse Rules
5. Hierarchy Management
6. Metadata Analysis
7. Data Stewardship & Governance

Experience in MDM integration with CRM & ERP systems

Experience in:

1. Data ingestion/inbound configurations
2. Outbound configurations
3. Workflow Management
4. Manual Merge / Unmerge / Curation
5. Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation

Understanding of:

1. Customer master data processes
2. Healthcare hierarchies & affiliations
3. MDM entities (Customer, Organization, Product, Payer)
4. GxP compliance and regulated environments

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skillls

ETL & MDM Tester

Mandatory Skills:

1. ETL Testing with Informatica
2. MDM Testing experience
3. GxP Compliance knowledge
4. Life Sciences domain experience
5. Data Warehouse Testing
6. Strong experience in Reltio MDM Testing
7. End-to-End (E2E) Data Validation
8. SQL for complex queries & data analysis
9. MDM concepts: Golden Record, Matching & Merging, Survivorship, Hierarchies, Reference Data
10. ETL tools: Informatica / Talend / DataStage / SSIS REST API Testing (Postman / REST Assured)
11. Data Mapping & Transformation Validation
12. Agile/Scrum methodology
13. Pharmaceutical domain experience
14. Healthcare & Customer Master Data knowledge
15. Jira / Azure DevOps
