Job Summary:

Aditya Academy Group of Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT Mathematics Teacher for its Rajarhat Campus. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Mathematics with a background in Physics and be well-versed with the CBSE curriculum. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom instruction, fostering analytical thinking, and ensuring academic excellence among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective Mathematics lessons for middle and secondary school students in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
• Integrate Physics concepts wherever relevant to enhance conceptual understanding and practical application.
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Prepare students for school examinations, Olympiads, and other academic competitions.
• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and assessment reports.
• Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning tools.
• Participate actively in faculty meetings, parent-teacher interactions, training programs, and school events.
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement and academic planning initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
• B.Ed. (Mandatory).
• Master's Degree in Mathematics/Physics will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 25 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Experience teaching Mathematics at the TGT level is mandatory.
• Candidates with a strong Physics background will be given preference.
