Role Title:  Master Data Coordinator

The META Master Data Coordinatior is responsible for supporting the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of master data across the META region. The role ensures that product, customer, and material data is aligned with global standards, enabling efficient planning, reporting, and operational processes

META is the biggest cluster in META and achieving 5-10% volume growth every year having more than 1500 customers and 5500 shiptos.

Key Results/ Accountabilities-

Master Data Management

  • Create, update, and validate master data records (materials, customers, codes, hierarchies) in line with global and regional governance.

  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all relevant systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, KRR, or other internal tools).

  • Maintain documentation of master data processes and support internal audits.

Quality & Governance

  • Perform routine data quality checks and proactively resolve discrepancies.

  • Support Continuous Improvement by highlighting recurring issues and proposing enhancements.

  • Ensure compliance with global Master Data policies, naming conventions, and standards.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with S&OP, Supply Planning, Commercial, Finance, and IT teams for timely master data creation and updates.

  • Support regional projects and data-related initiatives driven by the Center of Excellence or META teams.

  • Provide day-to-day support to internal stakeholders on master data queries.

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Assist in preparing regular reports and dashboards on master data KPIs.

  • Track data maintenance requests and ensure timely closure.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Management, or related fields.

  • 6 months  to 3 years of relevant experience.

Experience:

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, JDE preferred).

  • Strong Excel and data-handling skills.

  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with data governance principles is a plus.

  • Business English

Essential:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑country, multi‑stakeholder environment. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
