Role: MarTech & Digital Growth Consultant

Experience: 5+ years post qualification

Purpose of Role:

Drive scalable, data-driven marketing execution by managing marketing operations, lead lifecycle, campaign performance, and channel partner enablement to deliver measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Technology & Customer Lifecycle Management

  • Manage marketing tools for performance, lead tracking, and reporting
  • Align marketing goals with CRM, automation, and dashboards
  • Simplify and scale marketing processes
  • Analyse end-to-end customer lifecycle and identify gaps

Digital Sales: Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Run digital campaigns across paid, organic, email, and partners
  • Support campaign planning and execution
  • Perform segmentation, cohort, and A/B analysis
  • Optimize targeting, messaging, and performance

E-commerce & Growth Support

  • Support marketing for e-commerce platforms
  • Track traffic, conversions, and campaign results
  • Share insights for strategy improvement

Sales Channel Partner (SCP) & Market Development Fund (MDF) Enablement

  • Support partner-led campaigns via MDF
  • Ensure execution and performance tracking
  • Capture learnings and best practices

Lead & Funnel Ownership

  • Analyse funnel from impression to conversion
  • Manage lead lifecycle and handover to Sales/SCP
  • Track lead quality and funnel performance
  • Work with Sales to improve conversions

Performance Tracking & Business Impact

  • Track campaign and marketing performance
  • Analyse ROI and key trends
  • Provide data-driven reports to leadership


Key Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in marketing operations, MarTech, or digital performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in CRM, analytics, and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, Power BI, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience in B2B or industrial sectors preferred
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and execution skills
