We are seeking a Program Manager to orchestrate cross-functional marketing initiatives ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of strategic programs across the APAC region, based in Bengaluru in our thriving office- (3 days a week on-site, 2 from home)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program management for marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Coordinate across marketing workstreams, product, and technology teams
  • Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Track program progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution
  • Manage program budgets and vendor relationships
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations
  • Maintain program documentation and reporting frameworks
  • Support process optimization and marketing operations excellence

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years program/project management experience in fast-paced marketing or technology environments
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification desirable
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
  • Knowledge of marketing processes and workflows
  • Risk identification and mitigation capability
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Vendor relationship management experience
  • Background in financial services or regulated industries beneficial, global reach ideal
  • Ability to implement and maintain program governance and tracking frameworks
