We are seeking a marketing professional who combinesstrategic thinking and prior leadership experience. The ideal candidate understandsenterprise technology services marketingand has experience buildingmarketing programs that support brand building, lead generation, and enterprise sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Market Positioning & Messaging
- Define and refine the companysmarket positioning and messagingacross enterprise technology services.
- Developindustry-focused narratives and targeted messagingfor Healthcare, Banking, and Insurance sectors.
- Clearly articulate the companys capabilities inAI-enabled solutions, digital platforms, and custom software engineering.
Enterprise Marketing Assets
- Lead the development ofexecutive presentations, capability decks, solution narratives, and marketing collateral.
- Createcase studies, client success stories, and thought leadership contentthatdemonstratebusiness impact.
- Work with delivery and technology leaders to translatetechnical capabilities into clear business value propositions.
Brand & Digital Presence
- Elevate the companyswebsite, brand communication, and digital presenceto reflect enterprise-grade positioning.
- Ensure consistency and clarity ofbrand messaging across all external channels.
Sales Enablement
- Partner with sales leaders to developtargeted messaging and marketing support for key accounts and strategic deals.
- Createcustom marketing narratives and presentationsfor enterprise pursuits and client engagements.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Develop and supporttargeted marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
- Work with sales teams toidentifypriority markets, accounts, and buyer personasand develop campaigns aligned with them.
Industry Events & Trade Shows
- Plan and support participation inindustry conferences, trade shows, and technology eventsin India and the US.
- Develop event messaging, marketing collateral, and post-event follow-up strategies to maximizebrand visibility and lead generation.
- Coordinate with sales teams toleverageevents forcustomer engagement and new business opportunities.
Industry & Analyst Engagement
- Build relationships withindustry associations, technology communities, and analyst networkswhere relevant.
- Support initiatives that strengthen the companysindustry credibility and visibility.
Leadership & Marketing Execution
- Bringprior experience leading marketing initiatives, campaigns, or small teamswithin technology organizations.
- Guide internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, content creators) to deliver high-quality marketing output.
- Drive marketing programs that enhancebrand credibility with enterprise customers.
Thought Leadership & Visibility
- Strengthen the companysLinkedIn presence and executive visibility.
- Promote insights aroundAI, digital transformation, and industry innovationthrough structured campaigns and content.
What We Are Looking For
