Atom Eats is a fast-growing snack brand bringing bold flavours, innovative products, and joyful snacking experiences to consumers across India. We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive brand growth across digital, retail, events, and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
• Manage social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
• Oversee performance marketing across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other channels.
• Coordinate with designers, creators, agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
• Drive customer retention through CRM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and loyalty initiatives.
• Build and manage B2B partnerships with corporates, gifting companies, cafs, hotels, retailers, and event organizers.
• Support exhibitions, pop-ups, sampling activities, and on-ground brand activations.
• Track campaign performance, customer acquisition, engagement, and sales metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements

• 14 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, D2C, food & beverage, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand building.
• Experience managing agencies, influencers, freelancers, and creative projects.
• Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms is preferred.
• Startup experience is a plus.
