We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the growth and brand presence of our Gold Loan business.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end marketing initiatives across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels while managing high-impact campaigns, lead generation funnels, and branch branding. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping our market presence.

Campaign Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in ATL/BTL execution including video production, high-quality printing, and large-scale on-ground activations

Performance Marketing: Solid understanding of digital metrics such as CAC, LTV, CTR, and campaign optimization

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and manage external vendors effectively

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and zero tolerance for errors

Leadership: High-energy, passionate leader who drives collaboration and leads from the front

Ownership: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results with minimal supervision

Team Management: Experience managing small cross-functional teams (23 members across domains)

Requirements:

Education: MBA in Marketing

Experience: 89 years in marketing, with at least 2+ years in Gold Loan Marketing
