What you'll own:

The entire marketing department you hire it, shape it, lead it

Ad creative strategy concept, brief, test, iterate. You decide what goes out and why

Paid acquisition on Meta, Google UAC & YouTube Shorts every rupee accountable, every creative A/B'd, every audience squeezed for the best possible ROAS

The full funnel, end to end not just installs. You own the journey from the first scroll-stop to a hooked, paying subscriber. If there's a drop-off anywhere in between, it's yours to fix

Retention loops that defend the CAC push, in-app, WhatsApp because the best acquisition strategy also keeps people around

The growth P&L budgets, forecasts, weekly reviews with founders. Full visibility, full accountability

Who we're looking for:

3-5 years in growth/performance marketing, especially in a consumer brand, with serious hands-on time on Meta Ads Manager and Google UAC

Has built and led a marketing team you know how to hire right, delegate well, and raise the bar

Data-driven to the bone you don't have opinions, you have numbers. Every decision has a hypothesis, and every hypothesis gets tested

A hustler you find a way when there's no playbook, move fast when the window is open, and don't wait to be told

Has scaled a consumer app in India knows the benchmarks, the audiences, the levers

Has an eye for creativity you spot a winning hook instantly and brief for it with precision

Full-time Remote-friendly Competitive Salary (15-20 LPA) + ESOPs
