And we need someone who lives on the internet, gets AI, and can turn a great idea into a post that makes people stop scrolling. But also someone who thrives just as much offline in a room full of strangers they're about to make into a community.

Libra AI is hiring a Growth Intern.

This isn't a "write captions and shadow someone" role. You'll be in the room where strategy happens. You'll be running experiments, building our social presence, researching the ecosystem, planning events, and helping us tell the Libra story everywhere it needs to be told.

You're probably the right person if:

• You're chronically online and you know why certain things go viral (and why others die at 3 impressions)
• You have a feel for storytelling, not just writing, but thearc, the hook, the thing that makes someone keep reading
• You're genuinely curious about AI, not as a buzzword, but as something reshaping how work gets done
• You treat content like a growth experiment: hypothesis, ship, learn
• You communicate clearly, in DMs, in docs, in decks without needing three rounds of feedback
• You're a people's person, energised by rooms, conversations, and connections. The kind who'd happily run an event from scratch and leave knowing half the room by name
• Community-building excites you as much as content does, you want to create spaces where people actually want to show up

What you'll actually do:

• Own social content across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram
• Research AI influencers, competitors, and what's working in the ecosystem
• Ideate and run campaigns that reflect how Libra thinks and works
• Plan and execute community events, meetups, and brand activations
• Work directly with the growth team on launch content, storytelling, and outreach

Nice to have: Experience with content strategy, event planning, creator/influencer research, or an audience you've grown yourself. Bonus if you've helped build online or offline communities that people actually stuck around for.

Location: HSR, Bengaluru (in-person)
