Job Title: Marketing & Growth Intern / Associate

Location: Bangalore

Reports to: COO

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real exposure to how a business grows. Youll work across marketing (lead generation, content, outreach) and HR (hiring, onboarding) directly contributing to revenue and team building.

Marketing

• Run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
• Create content (case studies, brochures, posts)
• Support lead generation and database building
• Track performance and improve campaigns
• Research competitors and market trends

HR

• Source and screen candidates (tech + non-tech roles)
• Coordinate interviews with internal teams
• Manage job postings and employer branding
• Support onboarding and hiring operations
  

• Strong communication and writing skills
• High ownership and execution mindset
• Interest in business, tech, or people functions
• Comfortable multitasking across functions
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Sheets is a plus
  

• Freshers or 02 years experience
  

36 months (Pre Placement Offer based on performance)
