The Role

The Asylum is hiring graphic designers, executives, video editors, account managers and writers. And no, you don't have to stick to just one role. We're a team of multitaskers and we seek multitaskers. We're not hiring for a job description. We're hiring people who want to learn everything under marketing, without being confined to one role. You'll work on live clients from day one, operate at the same level as the cofounders, and build skills across strategy, creative, account management, design, writing, and execution. You pick your core function, and we'll cross-train across other relevant disciplines. Freshers preferred, open to professionals with 1-2 years of experience. At Asylum, drive matters more than years of experience.

What You'll Do

• Work on real client projects across multiple disciplines
• Learn strategy, creative, execution, and everything in between
• Collaborate directly with the founding team
• Build a foundation that goes beyond any single job title
• Contribute wherever the work needs you, not where a JD puts you
• For editors and graphic designers - you'll not just make deliverables but learn - and eventually propose - the strategic approach behind every piece of content

What We Need

• 0-2 years of experience (or fresh out of college)
• Hunger to learn without boundaries
