Key responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, email, SEO, and paid advertising channels.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics on a weekly basis to improve ROI and engagement.
Create and maintain a monthly content calendar across all digital touchpoints.
Represent the brand at exhibitions and expos, networking to generate qualified leads.

Brand Strategy & Communication

Conduct monthly brand strategy meetings with internal teams to align on ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
Assist in defining and planning quarterly brand goals aligned with overall business objectives.
Develop quarterly brand communication frameworks to guide consistent messaging across platforms.
Drive and manage personal branding initiatives for key stakeholders.

Creative & Content Coordination

Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
Review and provide constructive feedback on design and content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with the Design Head for final approvals on creatives and content (as required).
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual and written assets for campaigns.

Collaboration & Alignment

Work closely with the Marketing Manager for daily communication and task alignment.
Coordinate with the CEO and Business Head for strategic inputs and high-level approvals.
Partner with the sales team to align marketing efforts with client requirements and lead generation goals.
Plan the development of confidence-building and trust-building assets such as case studies, collaterals, testimonials, and references.

Team Support & Reporting

Guide and support interns in daily tasks, ensuring learning and output efficiency.
Maintain and update monthly 4P performance reports.
Participate in discovery calls to understand client needs and craft personalized direct messages for prospects.
