Marketing Design Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategically minded Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer to lead our digital content efforts. This hybrid role requires someone who can conceptualize, create, and execute visually compelling content that aligns with our brands voice and drives engagement across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

Develop, plan, and execute engaging content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

Brainstorm fresh content ideas that align with brand strategy, trends, and audience insights.

Assist in planning monthly social media calendars.

Graphic Design & Visual Communication

Basic Video Editing

Good in communications skills

Design high-quality static posts, carousels, infographics, stories, reels covers, thumbnails, and digital ads.

Create visually appealing brand assets such as brochures, banners, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.

Editing B2B Word Documents, Presentation & Proposals

Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Edit photos to deliver polished final content.

Stationery Designing

Social Media Creative Management

Publish and schedule posts across platforms.

Monitor engagement and assist in community interactions.

Track and report basic analytics (reach, engagement, performance of creative assets).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media content creation and graphic design.

Strong portfolio showcasing both design and content work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or equivalent design tools (Canva, Figma).

Hands on with latest Age AI tools

Solid understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Attention to detail with strong aesthetic sense.
