As we expand our presence among SMEs in Germany while leveraging delivery capabilities in India, we need more than traditional marketingwe need a function that can identify the right customer segments, generate high-quality leads, and continuously optimize performance based on real data. This role bridges the gap between marketing, sales, and technology by bringing clarity to what drives conversions, building reliable tracking and insights, and applying AI in a practical, results-oriented way. It ensures that our growth is predictable rather than ad hoc, reduces dependency on manual sales efforts, and positions us as a modern, AI-driven partner in the market. Ultimately, it enables us to scale efficiently, improve conversion rates, and strengthen our competitive advantage.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and high-potential leads using data and AI
- Analyze competitors, industries, and trends to uncover growth opportunities
- Define ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and buying signals to improve targeting and conversion
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive pipeline growth
- Build and improve marketing tracking (GA4, attribution, dashboards)
- Turn data into clear recommendations for Marketing & Sales
- Optimize customer acquisition and campaign performance through data-driven insights
- Run experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization)
- Identify and implement AI use cases (lead scoring, segmentation, forecasting, content optimization)
- Evaluate and introduce AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
- Build lightweight workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, HubSpot, etc.
- Continuously explore new ways AI can improve marketing outcomes

- Experience in growth / performance marketing / marketing analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like:
- Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager
- HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Exposure to AI tools in marketing (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models
- Experience working in international / European markets
