WHAT YOU WILL DO

Write, adapt, and localise dubbing scripts from Haryanavi, Rajasthani, Bhojpuri, Gujarati, Bengali, and other Indian languages into authentic Marathi
Work with AI dubbing and voice synthesis tools to create high-quality Marathi audio outputs, ensuring natural-sounding results across diverse source dialects
Review AI-generated dubbing for accuracy, lip-sync quality, and cultural appropriateness
Collaborate with production and tech teams to refine AI dubbing pipelines and workflows
Ensure dialogue adaptation preserves original emotion, context, and regional nuance
Contribute creative ideas for improving the viewer experience on STAGE Marathi
Stay current with developments in AI voice, dubbing, and content generation technology

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FO

Strong command over Marathi language written, spoken, and dialectal awareness
Understanding of the dubbing process script timing, lip-sync, tone matching, voice direction
Exposure to AI content generation tools text-to-speech, voice cloning, subtitle/dubbing software
Creative thinking and the ability to reinterpret content without losing its cultural soul
Comfort with learning and adopting new technology quickly
Good written communication skills in both Marathi and Hindi; English is a plus
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment and take ownership

GOOD TO HAVE

Prior experience in dubbing, voice-over, radio, or podcast production
Familiarity with OTT platforms and regional content consumption patterns
Knowledge of tools like ElevenLabs, Murf, Descript, or similar AI audio platforms
Interest in Maharashtra's culture, literature, folk traditions, and regional dialects
