Manufacturing Manager

The purpose of Manufacturing Aggregator role is to oversee production operations with a view to ensure accomplishment of production targets within time & budgeted parameters

• Develop and support in implementation of efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs
• Develop and provide support for implementation of systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day production related operations to meet production targets
• Hold accountability for production output and quality
• Ensure adherence to the production schedule and ensure production of output as per the quality standards within the set timelines
• Ensure proper labor, material equipment, facilities, systems, etc. are available
• Ensure timely deliveries of Planned as well as Unplanned market requirements

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Agro chemical/ chemical / Paint / FMCG industry
• Education - B.Tech/ M.Tech in Production engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ MBA
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing process and working of plant equipment, machinery
