Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 4+ Years

One of our premium clients is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with experience in aerospace manufacturing, assembly processes, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Author and approve build plans and work instructions for aircraft structures, systems, interiors, and payloads

Create and manage installation/fabrication plans using CAPP/MES tools

Support aircraft manufacturing processes including forming, machining, stamping, heat treatment, and assembly operations

Drive process improvements and implement standard work instructions

Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards

Support Lean manufacturing initiatives and quality management requirements

Investigate technical issues and implement corrective actions

Ensure adherence to safety procedures and FOD prevention practices

Required Skills:

4+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Production Engineering Planning

2+ years of experience in Aircraft Structures, Systems, Interiors, or Payload Manufacturing

Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing, Fabrication, and Assembly Technologies

Manufacturing planning and work instruction authoring experience

Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation

Knowledge of Aerospace Materials & Processes

Experience with CAPP/MES and PDM systems

Working knowledge of CATIA and/or NX

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
