We are looking for an experienced Manhattan WMOS Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancements, and production support for large-scale distribution and fulfillment operations across Retail, 3PL, and Distribution domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional design and configuration across WMOS modules including Receiving, Putaway, Inventory, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and VAS
• Conduct business process workshops and translate operational requirements into functional specifications
• Configure wave planning, allocation rules, cartonization, and task management
• Support RF workflows and validate end-to-end warehouse execution processes
• Work closely with technical teams on ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS, and EDI integrations
• Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production issue resolution
• Act as Functional SME during upgrades, patches, and rollouts

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Returns
• Experience with RF transaction flows and wave management
• Exposure to EDI transactions (850, 856, 810)
• Oracle DB functional validation knowledge
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred:

• Manhattan Active WM or migration project experience
• Retail, eCommerce, or 3PL domain experience
• Exposure to warehouse automation systems
• Experience in go-live or major releases
• Agile or SAFe environment exposure
