Job Statement

OM Planner responsibility is to manage end-to-end order fulfilment by coordinating with customers,

sales, production, procurement, logistics, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery, optimize

inventory, and achieve high customer satisfaction.

Functionally for order processing, planning, procurement coordination, supplier capacity assessment,

and data-driven reporting to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and supply chain alignment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Order Processing through CRM & ERP systems

Booking of customer orders in CRM (Salesforce) & ERP (EPICOR) systems.

Making sure the systems runs MRP after processing.

Order Terms & Conditions response

Review of PO T&C and preparation of responses.

Ensure accuracy of order data and compliance.

Internal Co-ordination

Cross-communication with CFTs to prepare the response of T&C

Making sure the child parts has booked & order sent to suppliers

Alignment with production planner to execute smoothly

Production Planning

Support production planning based on order priorities.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability.

Coordinate with PPC for execution alignment.

External Communication

Preparation of open order reports.

Sharing insights with customers, Designers, Users and internal teams.

Proactive communication on order status and delays.

Reporting & Analysis

Generate reports on order status, backlog, and delivery.

Provide data insights for decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in production and materials planning, including order management, capacity planning, and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel or similar tools for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with sales, production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to align plans with operational realities.
• Demonstrated strengths in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making under deadlines and changing priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present plans and performance metrics clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience in electronics, components, or related manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; a masters degree or professional certificationis an advantage.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to continuous improvement and learning.
