Maple Capital Advisors is looking to induct immediately a Manager in Investment banking for the New Delhi office.

Role Description

The role envisages Deal management and execution, driving thought leadership and select origination and open to candidates with prior experienec in frontline investment bankling. This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. The Manager will be responsible for deal management across M&A and Private Equity fund raising in addition to select other products. The candidate will be involved in full deal lifecycle from origination to closure . Strong financial modelling, presentation, research and origination skills are important for the role. The position reports to the Managing Director.

Key candidate requirements

• Prior experience with a frontline Investment bank. Middle office and global investment banking support centre candidates will not be considered.
• Highly entrepreneurial and results oriented
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Good client management/interpersonal skills
• Good english written and verbal communication skills
• Good sector knowledge a plus in either/or Consumer, Technology, Manufacturing and/or financial services
• Strong AI fluency with the ability to integrate tools such as Claude into day-to-day investment banking workflows
• High enthusiasm and energy levels
• Strong research skills
• Team player
• Minimum 2-3 years work experience
• Prior experience in M&A/Private Equity and deal closures
• MBA/MS Finance/CA from premier institutes with good ranking in India or overseas
• Ideally based in New Delhi/NCR
