Job Description

Role Summary:


As a Manager HR Projects & Programs, incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing key HR initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and enhancing overall employee experience. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to work across multiple HR functions, including Talent Management, Performance, DEI, Learning & Development, and Culture.


Key Responsibilities



Strategic HR Project Management


  • Lead and manage multiple HR projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement HR programs related to employee experience, performance, DEI, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to define project scope, goals, and success metrics.


Stakeholder & Change Management.


  • Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams and their leaders to drive key HR initiatives.
  • Develop change management strategies to support the successful implementation of HR programs.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and impact assessments to senior stakeholders.


Process Optimization & Data-Driven Insights.


  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization within HR functions
  • Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to measure project success and inform decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on HR initiatives.


Technology & Compliance.


  • Drive the adoption of HR technology tools to enhance project execution and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, and industry best practices in all HR Projects.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Masters/Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 -15 years of experience in HR project management, HR operations, or a strategic HR role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle ) and analytics tools.
  • Experience in change management, culture transformation, or DEI programs is a plus.
