Main Duties & Scope of the role

1. Conduct regular performance reviews for team, providing feedback and setting development goals.

2. Oversee team efforts to ensure high partner satisfaction by monitoring response times and the accuracy of daily reports.

3. Ensure that the team collectively meet or exceed the Final Choice (FC) targets assigned for the financial year.

4. Ensure that team attend all designated university and internal training sessions to stay current with industry knowledge.

5. Ensure that team accurately tag FC-ed students for proper commission allocation.

6. Shortlisting and Profiling of students.


Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision:

Supervise the Processing Team to ensure timely and error-free submission of applications to partner institutions, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Business Strategy Alignment:

Engage in strategic meetings with business managers to review and align on key business objectives and operational goals.

Process Improvement Reporting:

Create and present comprehensive process improvement reports, identifying areas for enhancement and providing actionable recommendations.

Process Implementation Oversight:

Oversee the implementation of new business processes, ensuring seamless integration and consistent execution across teams.

Team and Contractor Management:

Manage internal improvement teams and external contractors to drive performance, monitor

outcomes, and ensure project deliverables are met.

Process Troubleshooting and Optimization:

Lead efforts in troubleshooting operational inefficiencies and continuously improving existing business processes.

Policy Development and Updates:

Update and maintain process and procedure policies to ensure alignment with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Standards Compliance and Analysis:

Conduct ongoing analysis of internal processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and

operational excellence standards.

Training and Development:

Address training needs and support the development of new and existing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Global Application Process Management:

Oversee the application process for all StudyIn offices, ensuring a streamlined and uniform approach across regions.

Product and Service Expertise:

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's services and products, ensuring

accurate representation and delivery.

Exhibition and Event Support:

Provide professional assistance at university and StudyIn exhibitions, representing the organization and supporting student recruitment initiatives.

Institutional Liaison:

Liaise with colleges, universities, and their representatives to ensure prompt resolution of issues and maintain strong working relationships.

Client Relationship Management:

Engage in client relationship management as required, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and

long-term engagement. Internal Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage expectations, facilitate communication, and support business objectives.

Email Correspondence Management:

Efficiently manage and respond to email communications, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all correspondence.


About the Candidate (including required competencies)

The individual should have a comprehensive understanding of the education system, including

universities, colleges, schools, and other institutes. The individual should be open to travel to

other offices if and when required.

More than 10 years of experience in the same field.

Sound understanding of filling the applications for Colleges and Universities.

Able to scrutinize the student documents.

Ability to work under pressure and across time zones.

Good communication skills.


Requirements & Qualification

10-12 years of experience in the same field

Bachelors degree or equivalent degree is a must.
