Job Description:

Source and onboard new vendors at competitive and optimized rates

Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service-level agreements

Manage vendor performance to ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency

Build and maintain a strong vendor database for ongoing and future execution needs

Identify market opportunities and develop scalable vendor networks to support rapid expansion

Collaborate closely with execution and operations teams to fulfill procurement requirements efficiently

Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality

Monitor vendor KPIs and ensure compliance with agreed standards

Skills & Requirements

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline preferred)

5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management (experience in real estate, tech, or

high-growth environments preferred)

Strong negotiation and commercial acumen

Proven vendor management and relationship-building skills

Ability to conduct market analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities

Proficiency in Excel or similar data tools for tracking and reporting

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Bengaluru-based, with readiness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
