Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for education and international mobility? We are looking for a Manager (Pre-Sales) to lead and drive our Study Abroad pre-sales team, ensuring high-quality lead conversion and exceptional student engagement.
Role Overview:
As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of counselors/associates focused on guiding prospective students through their initial journey of studying abroad. You will play a critical role in strategy, team performance, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the pre-sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor team performance metrics such as lead conversion, call quality, and pipeline management
- Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to maximize enrollments
- Ensure excellent student experience through structured counseling and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Conduct regular training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
What Were Looking For:
- 36 years of experience in sales/pre-sales, preferably in EdTech or Study Abroad domain
- Prior team handling experience is a must
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve performance
- Passion for guiding students and building high-performing teams
