Job Description:

• Provide end-to-end occupational health services including medical care, diagnosis and follow-up, statutory examinations, disease monitoring, and maintaining accurate and confidential medical records.
• Ensure 24/7 emergency medical preparedness, lead response during incidents, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain readiness of medical equipment and ambulance services.
• Ensure Statutory Compliance & Legal Requirements
• Drive preventive healthcare initiatives, promote health awareness, analyze health trends, and support programs to enhance employee wellbeing and reduce absenteeism.
• Oversee occupational health facilities, ensure availability of medical supplies through efficient inventory, manage budgets cost-effectively, and coordinate with external healthcare providers and insurers.
