Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager Training to lead training initiatives across recruitment,

VMS operations, billing, and support functions within US healthcare staffing. The role focuses

on capability building, process training, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement training programs for staffing teams

Conduct training on recruitment processes, VMS tools, compliance, and systems

Develop training materials (SOPs, manuals, presentations)

Lead new hire onboarding and refresher training programs

Evaluate training effectiveness and track performance improvements

Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions

Collaborate with leadership for training strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)

610+ years of experience in training/L&D (staffing/BPO preferred)

Experience in US healthcare staffing domain

Strong presentation and facilitation skills
