Manager Talent Acquisition | Schbang
Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Work Mode: Onsite | MondayFriday
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter from a digital advertising agency background. This role will drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution, while leading a team and partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver on hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle across Creative, Media, Tech, SEO, Design, MarTech & Account Management roles
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the TA team
- Partner with stakeholders to align on hiring needs and solve challenges
- Develop hiring strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning
- Build strong talent pipelines and ensure closures within defined TAT and quality benchmarks
- Drive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms
- Track and improve hiring metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, conversion ratios)
- Manage recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with HRBP teams on workforce planning and retention strategies
- Contribute to employer branding and social hiring initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- 810 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Mandatory: Digital-first Advertising agency hiring exposure
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles
- Strong understanding of hiring across Creative, Digital, Tech, SEO, Media & MarTech functions
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and professional presence
- Proficient in Excel and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri)
