Role: Manager Talent Acquisition

Experience: 8+ years (including 4+ years in team management)

Industry: Healthcare / Healthtech (Mandatory)

Location: Bangalore

Work Setup: 6-day workweek, hybrid model

The Manager Talent Acquisition will oversee end-to-end recruitment, including crafting hiring strategies and optimizing employer branding. The role involves screening and selecting top-tier talent for various positions within the organization while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

The individual will collaborate with hiring teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and lead initiatives to attract and retain exceptional talent.

• Lead bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment
• Manage TA team performance and drive hiring targets
• Partner with hiring managers for workforce planning
• Own sourcing, offer negotiation, and closures
• Oversee candidate experience and documentation
• Track MIS, hiring metrics, and weekly reports

• Strong experience in high-volume hiring
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management
• Expertise in closing and offer management
• Prior experience in Healthcare / Healthtech hiring (must-have)
• Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Expertise in hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives
• Experience recruiting for diverse roles in a growth-oriented organization
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in talent acquisition within healthcare or wellness industries is a plus
