About the Role:
The Strategy and Operations Manager role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders and play a critical role in scaling the business across growth, operations, partnerships, and strategic Initiatives. The ideal candidate is a first-principles thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional problem-solving ability and an ownership mindset. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, building processes from scratch, analyzing business performance, and driving cross-functional execution at speed. Youll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex operational challenges, identifying growth opportunities and working at the intersection of strategy, execution and customer experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Execution & Optimization: Manage and optimize internal business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, operations, and business teams to drive efficiency and streamline processes.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and KPIs to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Process Automation & Standardization: Identify automation opportunities to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate or Masters degree from a Tier I Institute (IIT, NIT, IIM, etc)
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in program management / strategy and operations within a B2C setup.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive data-backed decisions.
- Execution & Process Improvement: Hands-on experience in managing operational workflows and improving efficiency.
- Technical & Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL, Excel, dashboards and Project Management tools are a plus.
