The Manager | Sr Manager - F&A role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing compliance with regulatory standards. The individual will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while monitoring day-to-day accounting activities. Duties will also include preparing management reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing systems and processes within the finance and accounting (F&A) function.

• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Proficiency in accounting principles, reporting, and compliance management
• Strong skills in process optimization and system implementation for F&A operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Advanced knowledge of cloud-based accounting tools, ERP systems, and Excel
• Prior experience in managing finance teams, preferably in startups or mid-sized businesses
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are a plus
• Understanding of AI-powered business solutions and their application in financial operations is advantageous
