Manager SQL developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled SSRS Developer with strong expertise in SQL development to join our growing team. In this role you will act as a key bridge, working directly with our business stakeholders in the EU to translate business needs into impactful reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report Delivery: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain (complex) SSRS reports

• Database Development: Develop, write, and optimize highly complex SQL queries, stored procedures and views.

• Performance Optimization: Proactively troubleshoot, tune, and optimize report and query performance.

• Direct Business Collaboration: Partner closely with EU-based development team & business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document reporting requirements.

Required Skills:

• SSRS Mastery: Strong hands on experience with SSRS report development, lifecycle management, and deployment via Report Server.

• Advanced SQL Server: Deep proficiency in MS SQL Server, TSQL programming, and query optimization/indexing strategies.

• Cross-Border Experience: Prior experience working effectively with European or Western teams in a remote environment.

• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the confidence to lead requirements gathering calls with business users.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Power BI
• Exposure to ETL processes and data integration using SSIS.
