Job Title: SAP SD-CS (S/4HANA Service Service to Customer) Manager Experience: 710 Years Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP SD-CS professional with strong expertise in S/4HANA Service (Service to Customer) to join at a Manager level. The role involves leading service transformation initiatives, driving end-to-end solution design, and managing client engagements. Key Responsibilities: Lead design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service (Service to Customer) solutions Drive requirement gathering, solution architecture, and business process optimization Manage end-to-end Service Management processes including service contracts, service orders, warranties, and billing Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, PM) for integrated solutions Lead client discussions, workshops, and provide strategic advisory Manage project deliverables, timelines, and team members Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and Clean Core principles Required Skills: Strong experience in SAP SD-CS with focus on S/4HANA Service (Service to Customer) Hands-on expertise in service order management, service contracts, and billing Experience in at least 12 S/4HANA implementations or conversions Good understanding of integration with logistics and finance modules Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
